This piece was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between my color abstracts and my floral work, which meant that deciding which page to list it on actually took some debate! In the end I still felt married to its' floral roots (pun intended)... what do you see? Abstract, floral, or the perfect marriage of the two? 

18x18" original oil painting on .75" deep wood panel. Sides are unpainted wood. Painting is varnished with a semi-gloss finish, and is signed and dated on the back. Easy to hang with its' open wood back - a simple nail or photo frame hanger will work just great.
