My hill country landscapes were born, so to speak, during the first few months with our delightful new daughter. They grew during the precious few hours of nap time and represent a period of incredible peace and freedom for me, and I hope they bring the same into your home. The piece's title is a line from "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe," a story I've re-read countless times, and which felt like the perfect way to don a touch of whimsy and wonder to this collection.   

12x16" original oil painting on 2" deep wood panel. Sides are unpainted wood. Painting is varnished with a light gloss finish, and is signed, titled, and dated on the back. Easy to hang with its' open wood back - a simple nail or photo frame hanger will work just great.
